Wholesale FAQ

1. Do you wholesale your products?

Yes, we wholesale many of our products to a wide array of customers. We do have a few requirements for becoming a wholesale customer, please contact us for more details about those requirements.

2. Is there a Wholesale Catalog I can view?

Yes, to be sent an Eames Office Wholesale Catalog contact wholesale@eamesoffice.com or call 802.479.9874 ext 243.  In your inquiry, please send a link to your website or tell us a little bit about your business.

3. Can we wholesale Vitra and Herman Miller products?

The Eames Office does not wholesale furniture. If you wish to sell Eames furniture, you must contact our licensed manufacturers, Herman Miller Inc. and Vitra, and apply to become an authorized retailer.

 For the UK, Europe and the Middle East, please contact Vitra AG. Send an email to: info@vitra.com.

 For the USA and Canada, please send information about your retail business to Karn Adams at Herman Miller, Inc. She can be reached at: karn_adams@hermanmiller.com.

4. How long does it take to process wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from when the order is received.  You will be billed by an electronic invoice when the order has shipped.

5. How or orders ship?

Domestic orders ship via UPS, international orders generally ship via USPS.  Please let us know at the time the order is placed if you would like otherwise.

6.  How do I place an order?

To place a wholesale order, submit either a purchase order with the following information: Billing Address, Shipping Address, any special details regarding shipping, the item with the product number found in the wholesale catalog, and quantity.
